Smartphone launches usually fail at this time of year, and the rumor cycle at flagship stores will accelerate next year. So, naturally, we have begun to hear about Samsung's flagship products in the first half of 2020. Now we are not only hearing complaints about the upcoming lineup of Galaxy S11 phones.

According to Evan Blass, a famous salesman and Venture Beat reporter, Samsung Galaxy S11 series will again carry three mobile phones, but the display size will be larger. At this point, we assume that they will be called Galaxy S11e, Galaxy S11, and Galaxy S11 Plus.

In a recent tweet, Blass revealed that the Galaxy S11 will have display sizes of 6.4in, 6.7in and 6.9in. Although he wrote that the smallest Galaxy S11 phone would have a 6.4inch display, he also said his messages were contradictory. What he now knows is that the smallest Galaxy S11 may have a 6.2inch or 6.4inch display.

The host also revealed that the two smaller phones will be equipped with 5G and LTE versions. The largest 6.9-inch phone will only get the 5G version. This will bring the total number of variants in the upcoming Galaxy S11 series to five.

For the release of the so-called Galaxy S11 series, Blass reported a predictable schedule for mid-to-late February.

Galaxy S Series: bigger than ever.

If you can trust the Blass message, Samsung seems to have greatly increased the display size of its S-Series phones compared to the S10 device. The S10e to S10 Plus,S10 series are available in 5.8in, 6.1in and 6.4in display versions. The Galaxy S105G was once the largest 6.7inch display in the series. It seems that Samsung will further narrow the gap between S and Note's flagship products in 2020.

Brass also pointed out that all five variants of the Galaxy S11 series will have curved edges, which means there will be no S10e-style tablets.

Recall that Blass had previously rumored that Samsung might seek to merge its S series and Note series into a new brand called Galaxy One. These may be the reasons for the increase in screen size. We are not sure how Samsung will demonstrate its device strategy in the coming year. The 6.9-inch Galaxy S11 Plus can also be called a Note device. It's even bigger than the 6.8inch Galaxy Note 10 Plus!
