Recently read an old article, see webscarab this tool, to see the compiled https://sourceforge.net/projects/owasp/files/WebScarab/, the earliest thing is 2007, so decided to recompile.

1. Download and configure the ant environment

2. Download OWASP-WebScarab in github

3. There is an error in ant build (there is GBK coding in the comments of\ webscarab\ util\ HtmlEncoder.java file). Open the file and delete these dozens of comments, and then run ant build again.

4. Create a new webscarab folder and put webscarab.jar, doc/ folder, lib/ folder and webscarab_logo.gif into it to run normally.
