Windows Server 2012R2 does not activate, the problem is that every time you run the activation or activation command, you will get the error: 0xc000022 on computers running non-core versions of Microsoft Windows.

Solution:

1. Open C:\Windows\System32\spp, find the store folder, and then check whether there is a folder named 2.0 under the store folder. If there is, please go directly to step 2. If there is no folder, press the win+X key, open the command prompt (administrator), and enter the sfc /scannow command after opening to perform system file verification.

2. Right-click the store folder, open the "Properties" dialog box, switch to the "Security" tab, and click "Edit," as shown in the following figure:

Click "Edit" to pop up the brand-new dialog box for store below. Click "Add" to pop up the "Users and Groups" window. Click "Advanced" and click "Find Now" first. Then find the "LOCAL SERVICE" user below and select it. Click OK, and then confirm all the way. In this way, the "LOCAL SERVICE" user permission is added to the store folder, and the "NETWORK SERVICE" user is added in the same way.:

3. Press win+R to open the run, enter services.msc to open the service, then find the "Software Protection" service, double-click to open it, set its startup type to "Start", and then start the service.

After the above three steps, you can basically solve the 0xc000022 error that appears during activation.
