PlantcircBase is a database of plant ring RNA, available at

The database contains circular RNA information for the following 13 species.

Arabidopsis thaliana

Gossypium arboretum

Gossypium hirsutum

Glycine max

Gossypium raimondii

Hordeum vulgare

Oryza sativa

Poncirus trifoliata

Solanum lycopersicum

Solanum tuberosum

Triticum aestivum

Tea tree

Zea mays

A total of 98317 circular RNA from these 13 species are collected. Using the corresponding RNA_seq data of species, a number of bioinformatics software are used to predict. Taking Arabidopsis thaliana as an example, the number of circular RNA predicted by each software is as follows.
