A problem encountered today is that the user's mailbox was configured with Outlook and could not be completed. Then I try to log in with the web version and the following error occurs.

I tried to send an email to this user and received an error report that the user's email was quarantined.

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is quarantined. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

After you encounter this problem, log in to the mail server, and then use the following command to see if it is really quarantined.

Then use the following command to remove the user from isolation.

Check the user's status again:

When you log in to OWA again, there is still an error.

Unwittingly, I was able to log in to his ECP as a user and found that he could log in, but found that the user's OWA,IMAP and POP3 were not enabled.

The solution is to log in to ECP as your own administrator, search to find the user, click Edit, select mail feature, and enable these services for the user.

Of course, you can also do this with the POWERSHELL command, as follows:

Set-CasMailbox-Identity "Rand Zaher"-POPEnabled $true-ImapEnabled $true

Set-CASMailbox-Identity Ellyn@contoso.com-OWAEnabled $true
