Layer 3 switch works in the network layer and has the function of routing and forwarding, but in Cisco series products, the default work is layer 2, so it is necessary to turn on its routing function manually.

1 layer 3 switch port mode (default is layer 2 interface):

Layer 2 interface: access mode, trunk mode

Layer 3 interface: routing interface (no swithport), SVI interface (virtual interface)
