It's really no hassle to install zabbix agent for Windows environment. It's just that I haven't had any contact with the Windows server version for a long time, and some operations are really rusty.

The installer no longer needs to be installed and is copied directly to disk.

Go to "zabbix_agents_2.4.4.yg\ conf" in the subdirectory and open the "zabbix_agentd.win.conf" file.

Only 3 lines need to be modified:

The IP address of the Server=xx.xxx.xx.xx#zabbix server, the IP address of the ServerActive=xx.xxx.xx.xx#zabbix server, the hostname of the native zabbix server, or the IP address.

Complete the above 3 lines and save the closed file.

Execute the command in the DOS window:

D:\ zabbix_agents_2.4.4.yg\ bin\ win64 > zabbix_agentd.exe-c D:\ zabbix_agents_2.4.4.yg\ conf\ zabbix_agentd.win.conf-I

Is to register zabbix agent as a Windows service.

Right-click "computer" on the desktop, select "Administration" and open "Server Manager".

In "configure" → "service", if you can't find "Zabbix Agent" service at this time, you can click the "Refresh" button on the toolbar.

Start the "Zabbix Agent" and the operation on the Windows environment is complete.
