01. Virtual desktop

People who often open multiple windows at the same time are always faced with a problem: how to switch accurately and quickly between multiple windows?

The mouse is too slow and inconvenient to type. Alt+Tab is fast, but its efficiency is greatly reduced when it has more than two windows.

The emergence of virtual desktops is to solve this problem, users can create multiple independent desktops and carry out completely different tasks in different desktops without interfering with each other.

Open mode: win key + Tab open the timeline, add the desktop above, desktop switch shortcut key: Ctrl + win key + ← or →.

02. Clipboard history

For such forgetful elderly people, it is very painful for the clipboard to temporarily store only the most recent copy. In the past, special software or third-party input methods had to be installed to enhance the clipboard.

Finally, Microsoft added clipboard history to Windows 10. Just press win + V to open the clipboard history and click paste directly.

Don't be afraid to forget what you copied before. sometimes if you need to copy multiple paragraphs of text at the same time, you can copy it at once, and then paste it in turn through the clipboard history.

It is important to note that the clipboard history saves only pictures and text, not files.

03. Bring your own screenshot

Are you still using QQ and Wechat to take screenshots? Windows 10 comes with three screenshot tools.

One of them is the simple screenshot provided by OneNote, and the shortcut key is Shift+ win + S, which supports four modes: rectangle selection, arbitrary shape, window and panoram. after screenshot, it is automatically saved to the clipboard.

You can also call out Windows Ink without OneNote, win + W, and the screen sketch is also a good screenshot tool.

Compared with Shift+ win + S, screen sketches provide more tools, you can underline, mark, and other operations, and you can directly save the image to a specified location.

Another way to take screenshots is to use the "screenshot tool" in the start menu, but it is not recommended because it is too troublesome without shortcuts.

04. Clean up regularly

In addition, Windows has been quietly helping you clean up disk fragments and optimize the efficiency of your hard disk. You can also manually clean or modify the regular clean-up time.

05. Sandboxie without trace

Many people know that Windows has a built-in virtual machine called Hyper-V, but there is also a lightweight "virtual machine": Windows sandboxie.

Windows sandboxie is similar to the "trackless browsing" of the browser, which runs in isolation from the host computer. It has most of the functions of the Windows 10 system, but does not save all settings and files. In other words, you installed all the programs in sandboxie, web browsing, or even the virus does not matter. Sandboxie will restore it every time you close it.

06. Leave the lock screen

Our common lock screen mode is win + L, or set to lock the screen automatically after not using the computer for a period of time.

Turn on the dynamic lock function in the Settings-account-Login option, which will automatically lock the screen when you leave your computer with a device connected to Windows Bluetooth.

The audience for this function is quite small. First of all, your computer should have Bluetooth. Secondly, you should have a Bluetooth device connected to your computer for a long time (mobile phone, Bluetooth headset, etc.). Finally, you should take your Bluetooth device with you when you leave.

08. Color blindness model

There are three modes: red, green and blue. Although a minority, for friends with this need, it is still very practical.
