First, the time point at which the credit check can be performed
Use system settings to specify when we want to perform a credit check; we may, for example, require that the check be performed only during sales order processing.

Static and dynamic check

The value of outstanding orders includes all partially delivered or undelivered orders, which accumulate according to the material availability date within the information structure of a freely defined time or period unit (day, week, month).
Check maximum voucher value
The sales order or delivery value may not exceed the specific value defined in the credit check, which is stored in the currency of the credit control scope. This is especially true for new customers for whom credit limits have not yet been defined, and we can use a risk category defined for new customers to initiate the check.
Check for changes to key fields
Payment terms, fixed start date and additional fixed start date are defined as key fields. This check is used to monitor the modification of these default values in the customer's master record. No more key fields can be defined at this time. Regardless of the need to emphasize that when we perform this type of check, the system cannot tell whether changes are good or bad for the customer; the credit check is called each time these default values are changed in the customer's master record.
Check the date of next inspection
Here, we do not need to specify many days, without these "buffer days", as long as the system knows that the next check date has arrived, the system will perform the check.
Check for outstanding items
The relationship between outstanding items and customer balances that exceed a certain number of days may not exceed a certain percentage. The number of unpaid days deferred is calculated from the base date of the payment, and in other words, if the payment condition is net 30 days, the system only begins to calculate the number of unpaid days over a 30-day period.
Check the maximum number of payment levels
