The number of requests that can be processed in a second is called the server's QPS.

Above we calculated the time spent on 10000 requests, and in turn, we calculated how many requests were processed per second.

QPS = (1 / t) * n

If you can process 100requests at a time and each request takes 100ms, then qps = 1000

If 50 requests can be processed at one time, each request takes 200ms, then qps = 250

So QPS is proportional to the processing time of a single request and how many requests the server can handle at one time.

4. How to improve QPS

In theory, it is simple to maximize the number of requests that the server can handle at one time, and maximize the execution speed of a single request.

5. What is the upper limit for stand-alone QPS?
