Start WebLogic:

After a WebLogic has been configured, run the cmd command, drag the startWebLogicNaNd under the WebLogic configuration creation service directory to the cmd command page, enter the name and password to start successfully. (the directory where the startWebLogicNaNd is located is C:\ Oracle\ Middleware\ user_projects\ domains\ base_domain\ binstartWebLogicNaNd). If there is an error, you can view the cause of the error.

Turn off WebLogic:

Double-click stopWebLogicNaNd (C:\ Oracle\ Middleware\ user_projects\

Domains\ base_domain\ bin\ stopWebLogicNaNd), enter a name and password to successfully shut down the running WebLogic.
