Click on this computer with the right mouse button to enter "Advanced system Settings → system Settings → Advanced" and click the settings button in Startup and troubleshooting.

Select the current system in this interface, and then uncheck the two boxes below (ignore it if it is not checked by default).

Press Win+R to run msconfig to enter the system configuration interface. In the advanced options of boot, you can change the number of processors to a value that can be selected.
