OVF template deployment vCenter 5.5

Download vCenter Server Appliance's .VMDK and .OVF files to your system. Save the .VMDK and .OVF files in the same folder.

Open vsphere client and log in to the physical machine where you installed exsi5.5:

Click File-- > deploy ovf template-> Select your template (.ova file)-"start automatically uploading the template:

According to your own needs, the next step will be fine!

Use the default account: root, password: vmware to enter the command line to configure the network:

/ opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net (executed directly, configured according to requirements)

Configure Nic information and hostname

/ opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net

Next, initialize vsphere server:

Open the browser:

Https://ip:5480

Initialize vsphere server:

The interface you finally enter: you can manage vcenter server servers according to your own needs (this page cannot manage other virtual machines through vc)

You can manage the web interface of virtual machines:

Https://ip:9443

You can also download the client management virtual machine of vcenter directly:

VCSA add domain (if you don't change the host name, you will get an error: Error: Invalid hostname. FQDN is required for joining a domain)

Add domain, enter domain name, domain administrator account and password
