The CRM state management framework supports the following authorization concepts.

Customers can choose that only specific user groups (with dedicated PFCG roles) contain authorizations that change the deal / activity status to a specific state, such as completed and cancelled.

Other user groups (with different PFCG roles) can only change the state to the in Progress state.

This function is achieved through the so-called authorization code in the definition status profile of the IMG activity.

If the appropriate user status is configured with the authorization code, the authorization check is performed accordingly at run time.

But in CRM, there are two different use cases.

(1) if end changes the user status directly in the Fiori UI (edit page), it will be checked using the authorization object "B_USERSTAT".

(2) if the user clicks the check box in the Fiori search page, it will be checked using the authorization object "B_USERST_T".
