Problem phenomenon

When the engineer arrived at the site, he found that the problem encountered by Toby was the AUTOCAD2019 that was pushed and installed through SCCM. After normal startup, it was reported that it would stop working and could not be used normally.

Judgment process

AUTOCAD is pushed and installed through SCCM, and an error is reported the first time it is used, except for the normal use of Toby computers. The failure persists after reinstalling AUTOCAD in Software Center.

Therefore, it is considered that it may be caused by the conflict between AUTOCAD and a driver. Restart the system to enter the security mode with network (engineers do not have local administrator permission, if you need to apply to Berlin IT), log in using the domain account of Toby, and start AUTOCAD normally, so it is verified that the conflict between AUTOCAD and a driver is caused.

Treatment method

Restart the normal mode to start the system and log in, right-click the desktop AUTOCAD shortcut-> Properties-> Shortcut-> add / NOHARDWARE-> Application-> Save after Target:
