To simplify the selection, the system displays the number of items that can be selected to be confirmed on the required delivery date, and if the quantity of an item cannot be met on the required delivery date, the system will show the real date on which the material can be fully delivered.

If automatic product selection is used, the system may display entered and replaced items in the sales order in the form of main and sub-items (based on configuration), which is mainly for alternative reasons, as shown below:

As shown in the figure above, when defining the alternative reason, if the outcome field is set to A, the replaced material is displayed as sub-items.

When the user enters an order, the system tries to determine the first item in the master record by material to meet the quantity of the order, and if it is insufficient, press one item to meet the remaining quantity. We can choose whether to rerun the material when the delivery is created; if it is rerun, the alternative results may change due to new availability.
