After completing the OGG Studio12.2.1.3 installation, use Repository Creation Utility (RCU) to create a Repository to store information about the project, solution, mapping, deployment, and so on.

Now let's create a Repository.

1. Change to the directory where the rcu tool is located, and execute

2. Enter the welcome page and execute next

3. Create a new Repository, select "Create Repository" and "System Load and Product Load" below, and execute "Next"

4. Provide the information of the database to create the information repository and execute "Next".

5. Oracle strongly recommends using the AL32UTF8 character set and select "Ignore".

6. Check the addition of RCU, and click "OK".

7. Select OGGS component with prefix GGR, select Oracle GoldenGate component, and execute "Next"

8. Check the prerequisites of the component and execute "Next"

9. Set the password for all schema, "Next"

10. Set the Supervisor password and encryption method, and execute "Next"

Specify default and temporary tablespaces

Click OK to create the tablespace

Create and verify tablespaces

12. Create database links and related components. Next step

13. Display the summary information and complete the OGGStudio installation

View the log information of oggstudio

After Close, complete the configuration of RCU.
