The research content of IP user portrait system includes collecting network behavior data of IP users, feature extraction of IP knowledge base and so on. So how do we form a user profile? As shown in figure 1, taking the application in the field of online advertising as an example, this paper introduces the formation process of IP user profile, which is divided into four steps.

The first step

Use a mobile APP, collect its user IP, and share this IP with anonymized user ID number and timestamp information (that is, a triple, (ID,IP,Time)). We use IP geolocation system to complete the mapping between IP and geographic location to form the collection and display of user location, as shown in the first step of figure 1 and figure 2.

The second step

In order to remove inaccurate and inaccurate latitude and longitude, we need to clean the data. As shown in the second step of figure 1 and figure 3.

We convert these location data into real locations, demographic information, and related events to understand how users behave in the real world. As shown in figure 1, step 3 and figure 4.

We analyze these data, extract and model each user's basic attributes, spending power, interests and occupation information, so as to establish a user profile. As shown in figure 1, step 4 and figure 5.

As shown in figure 6, the user understands the geographical location at different times of the day, and finds out the corresponding realistic location according to the geographical location, so as to carry out data analysis to portray the user. From 9: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m., Dabai uses fixed-line IP1, mobile network IP2, mobile network IP3 and fixed-line IP4 to surf the Internet, and the corresponding real locations of IP1, IP2, IP3, and IP4 are CBD business district, western restaurant, sports hall, and high-end residential areas. from this, we can get the information about occupation, consumption level, hobby and income level, so as to complete the portrait of users.
