In the dashboard interface, the left half is a map that shows your location, current navigation status, or route preview. The information in the right half is more dynamic and richer, such as schedule information, music console, Siri suggestions, and so on.

The dashboard screen is also optimized for the car screen to adapt to different aspect ratios of the screen. Of course, the wide-screen display is better. Enough information can be displayed on the dashboard so that you don't have to switch between different App frequently and improve driving safety. The new App and the CarPlay of mode iOS 13 also add two new App, one is setting App, the other is calendar App. The new calendar App can display the current date on the icon, just like in iOS, at a glance. Current and future schedules are shown in the application. You can also click on a schedule for more details, click on the address in the schedule to launch the map App, or click on the phone number to dial directly.

The new setup App contains three things: do not disturb driving, appearance settings and dashboard recommendations.

The do not Disturb feature defines which contacts can call you while you are driving or automatically reply to text messages. Previously, this function needs to be activated manually, but starting from iOS 13, your device will automatically enable the do not disturb function when it is connected to a CarPlay vehicle, which improves driving safety.

The dashboard suggestion switch gives you the option to turn off Siri suggestions on the brand new dashboard screen. IOS 13 has introduced a new dark mode for the first time, so the CarPlay of iOS 13 will not be absent. The new setting App allows you to automatically switch between black and white display modes (depending on whether the lights are on), or you can always use dark mode.

The Siri experience in the CarPlay car of SiriiOS 13 has changed. First of all, the interference of the Siri spectrum effect is reduced on the interface, and the previous full-screen effect is weakened.
