B, long-term plan description

The long-term plan is to simulate the MPS plan. First, create a plan plan, specify the corresponding plan version and factory, and then use MD61 to create the corresponding simulation independent requirements. The plan version can be converted from SOP, which is equivalent to simulating and evaluating the plan results produced by SOP. Follow-up run the simulation plan, evaluate the material requirements plan and capacity plan, after the evaluation, if it is feasible, then use MS64 to copy into the formal plan version, and carry out the normal MPS process.

1. Create a separate requirement, not an inactive version of 00, which can be split into DWM detailed date plans in the planning line project (MD61-63 md73).

2. Long-term planning is a kind of simulated MRP. According to the customer's demand during the production period / different versions of the plan, different planning schemes are used to simulate MRP to evaluate its impact on enterprise resources (inventory materials / capacity) and to evaluate the feasibility of planning or adjustment. It is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:

1) Simulation environment: share the relevant master data with the formal system, and the simulation plan environment does not affect the formal plan data.

2) demand sources: you can customize the demand sources-which version of PIR (independent requirements), whether to consider sales order requirements, and so on.

3) supply: custom supply elements, whether to consider initial inventory, purchase orders, production orders and so on as supply.

Planning scheme: the long-term plan compiles the settings of various operating parameters through the planning scheme, and multiple planning schemes can be defined to compare various schemes.

Re-adjust the planned independent requirements according to the results of MS04/MS05, re-run the production schedule, after evaluation and adjustment, if there is no problem with material conditions, scheduling time, etc., the independent requirements can be copied as the active version for official use. (look at the planned start date of the MS04's resulting schedule and the supply of components to determine the independent demand, and if the demand can be met, the simulated independent demand can be copied to the official version MD64).
