Most computers now use uefi+gpt hard disk partition mode, and some computers come with a genuine operating system, but not solid state drives. If you want to change to a solid-state hard drive, it will take a long time for all kinds of driver software to clean up. Ghost is a general-purpose cloning tool that can clone partitions and entire hard drives like MBR hard drives.

The record is as follows:

Enter the PE system that supports UEFI, use hard disk tools such as diskgenius to set the hard disk to GPT format and save it; create a new partition with ESP partition (efi), so that you don't need to build msr partition; # if the hard disk itself is in gpt format, and other disks have data, you can just delete the system disk, and create a new 100m esp partition and disk C, other data disks do not move. # restore the previously packaged ghost image to disk c without reboot and will not enter the system without boot entry; start to restore the boot entry and assign a drive letter such as f disk to the ESP partition. After running cmd in pe, type "bcdboot c:\ windows / f all / s f: / l zh-cn" to restart and you can enter the system normally. In fact, there is nothing special, just the repair of the boot entry.

Of course, under the linux system, use the dd command to copy the hard disk.

Dd if=/dev/sdb of=/dev/sdc bs=8M # # if sdb is your source disk and sdc is the new hard disk, all the contents of the source disk will be copied to the new disk. If there is any data in the new disk, it will be lost. Please confirm sdb,sdc or other disks under linux, data security first! #
