AWStats Log Analysis System

1. An open source log analysis system developed by Perl

2. Can be used to analyze Apache, Aamba, Vsftpd, IIS and other services access logs

3. Information can be combined with crond and other scheduled task services, and log content can be analyzed regularly

Install and configure AWStats log analysis system

1. First install DNS and Apache services

2. Modify DNS configuration file, configure DNS server

3. Open dns service Modify Apache service configuration file

4. Turn off the firewall and turn on Apache.

6. Modify dns configuration on client, this machine is dns service area

Test DNS and Apache services to see if they are enabled successfully

7. Unzip awstats service

8. Copy to/usr/local/and change the filename

9. Use Perl script in awstats to configure Apache file, add log analysis statistics module, and be able to perform log analysis.

Everything else is y or enter

10. Check to see if the awstats module exists in the Apache configuration file

11. Modify awstats profile

12. Create a file to store log analysis results

13. Restart the service and verify on the client

14. Execute script to make awstats count

15. And then check the results on the client.
