Problem description:

In enterprises, the front-end servers for Skype for business Server 2015 generally use three to join the front-end server pool, and then load the Web servers of the front-end servers through the hardware load balancer.

But if you shut down the front-end server, if you turn it off successively or at the same time, it is possible that the front-end services of your three front-end servers will not work.

Solution: (the following method is simple, but practical!)

1. Failed to start the frontend service manually.

2. Reset the front-end pool registration status, Reset-CsPoolRegistrarState-PoolFqdn "SFBFEPool01.i-x-Cloud.com"-ResetType FullReset.

3. The front-end server starts normally.
