At this point, several scenarios with the following pop-up prompts are easy to appear:

This tip: there is no need to click the "Register to Hotspot" in the EndPoint client again, just connect to * * again, open your computer's browser and access and use the Internet.

The hint: there is no need to click the "Register to Hotspot" in the EndPoint client. At the same time, the prompt also shows that your current computer is normally connected to cp_***,. At this time, you only need to open your browser normally and carry out the secondary authentication requirements in the hot network environment such as hotel or airport. After web authentication, you can access the Internet!

This hint: indicates that the client has clicked on the "Register to Hotspot" of the EndPoint client many times and exceeded the number of hot spots registered under the EndPoint default policy. So it's locked! At this time, there are users who have the pop-up window prompt, please contact HelpDesk or administrator for debugging and maintenance as soon as possible.

You can set / modify the time between the WIFI secondary authentication window when the user clicks the "Register to Hotspot" button in After xxx seconds without × × connection and firewall bypass will be disabled (during this period, even though the Endpoint firewall policy setting must be connected to × × before you can access other IP, you can bypass this policy during this period, allowing users to access the WIFI secondary authentication window for authentication). The default is 600 seconds.

The After x unsuccessful trials to connect to × ×, fireall bypass will be disabled option can be set / modified up to the maximum number of attempts. The default is 5.

The above two parameters can be modified as needed, and the policy will take effect after the policy is issued.
