Installation of AirNet system SDD8 (field display):

1. SDD8 configures grd program, which is used as the floor seat of the tower.

2. Use the NVIDIA K620 graphics card, the driver version NVIDIA-Linux-x86-352.41.run (the latest driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-384.59.run is also OK), change the name of / etc/X11/xorg.conf to backup before updating the driver, and automatically create the configuration file when installing the driver to avoid X startup failure caused by mismatch between configuration and driver.

3. The DVI interface of the NVIDIA K620 graphics card is sent to the tower through the Rextron EXDA-M060 extender (CAT5, with keyboard and mouse), using the HP Z24i display (24 inch 16:10 best resolution 1920x1200), the DP interface using the DP-DVI adapter cable through the Rextron FVDA-M030 extender (single mode fiber, excluding keymice) to the provincial bureau site, using Samsung S24D300hl display (23.6inch 16:9 best resolution 1920x1080), the resolution is set to 1920x1080 Use copy screen output.

Note:

1. Host: HP Z400

OS:RHEL5.8,32 bit (two ATC)

When using NVIDIA 2000 and M2000 graphics cards, the system is abnormal, the keyboard lights are not lit, and the drivers of OK,NVIDIA 2000, M2000, K620 graphics cards are the same.

2. Host: HP Z640

OS:RHEL6.8,64 bit (Sichuan University ATC)

Using the M2000 video card, when you select "Install or update an existing system" when installing OS, installing the latest driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-384.59.run will report an error. When you select "Install system with basic video driver" when installing OS, you can install the NVIDIA driver.
