Linux supports the SSH protocol. If the Xshell running on the Windows host cannot properly connect to the Linux host, the first thing to consider is whether the network is not connected, and if the network is not connected, check to see if the mode set by the virtual machine is incorrect.

Second, if the network is connected but cannot be connected, consider whether the network card eth0 is not turned on, then type on the Linux host:

Ifup eth0 starts the network card and then connects to Xshell!
