Lenovo Server ThinkSeverraid Card setup tutorial:

First, start the Lenovo server to the interface in the following figure:

After the Lenovo server starts to this interface, press the keyboard key combination Ctrl+H to enter the raid card selection page (WebBIOS), and press "OK" to enter the settings page.

Second, click [setup Wizard (ConfigurationWizard)] to start raid card configuration.

3. Select "Custom configuration (ManualConfiguration)"-"next" in the following figure.

4. Press the Ctrl key on the left in the following picture, select the hard disk to join the array with the mouse, select "join the array (AddToArray)", then click "AcceptDG", and then click next (Next).

Note: because there are 6 hard drives to do RAID5 here, select 5 hard drives and click "join Array".

5. Enter the interface below, first select [Array] in the left box, and then click "AddtoSPAN"-"Next".

6. Enter the interface below to configure the specific RAID mode, here we choose RAID5. Then select "WritBackwithBBU" from the "WritPolicy" setting, meaning: if the RAID has a battery, the data will be written, so that the data will be written to the hard disk faster.

Then fill in the capacity, and the disk capacity in various RAID modes is listed in the white box on the right. You can fill in part of the capacity here, simulate multiple hard drives, or fill in the full capacity, which can be used as a hard disk. Please fill in according to the actual needs. Click "Next" when finished.

7. A confirmation of the write mode will pop up and click "Yes".

8. Then pop up the SSD cache settings, and click "Cancel" if not.

9. After clicking Save Settings, enter the hard disk initialization interface in the following figure:

Select "FastInitialize" here, and click "Go" to confirm the initialization operation. Initialization is completed in less than 1 minute.
