Introduction of the research group

We belong to the Intelligent Multimedia (Intelligent Multimedia, IM) group of Microsoft Research Asia. The Intelligent Multimedia Group is committed to combining machine learning with the process of image and video analysis to design a new generation of intelligent image and video analysis system. Research interests include image and video analysis, in-depth learning, human behavior understanding, scene understanding and so on.

Work content

Work with Microsoft Mobile Development Group (Redmond) to conduct product-oriented research.

Explore the frontiers of video and reinforcement learning, involving topic such as learning to plan and Imitation Learning.

Job requirements

Must be a student status, need the tutor to issue a letter of consent to go out for internship.

Can be a full-time internship for 6 months or more.

The coding ability is strong.

Have some oral English communication skills.

Experience in reinforcement learning, mobile network optimization, Object Detection, Video Understanding, Scene Graph Generation is preferred.

Those who have won prizes in authoritative competitions are preferred.

ICCV/CVPR/ECCV/NIPS contribution experience is preferred.

Can be enrolled remotely and is currently in work from home status.
