3. Click Connect and enter the administrator account and password obtained in the prerequisites in the newly opened interface.

4. Click OK to log in to the cloud host Windows instance.

Native to Linux computers

1. You need to install the corresponding remote desktop connection program. It is recommended to use rdesktop for connection.

2. Install rdesktop, run rdesktop command to check whether the system has been installed, if not installed, go to github to download the latest installation package. And run the following command in the appropriate directory to extract and install.

3. Connect to a remote Windows instance and run the command (changing the parameters in the example to your own): rdesktop -u Administrator -p.

Where: -u connects the username, i.e. Administrator, -p connects the password obtained in the prerequisite, which is the public IP or custom domain name of your Windows instance.
