This stage is also called CRM stand-alone stage. CRM with traditional C/S structure needs to develop different versions of software for different operating systems. After the emergence of cross-platform languages such as JAVA, B/S architecture has violently impacted C/S and gradually replaced C/S architecture.

B/S structure software phase

The second stage: B/S structure software stage, full name Browser/Server, that is, browser/server structure. CRM of B/S structure does not need special installation, as long as there is an account number, you can log in to the Web browser directly. It is a completely innovative CRM software application mode that has emerged since the 21st century. It is the stage when CRM software matures with the development and application of Internet technology.

B/S structure is a change or improvement of C/S structure with the rise of Internet technology. Under this structure, the user interface can be realized only through WWW browser. This stage is also the latest stage that CRM is currently in. It combines cutting-edge technologies such as browsers, computer technology, cloud and mobile Internet, which greatly facilitates enterprise office work.
