Routers and switches are the basis of the whole network learning, whether you are the enterprise network manager of Party A, or the network engineer of Party B, or those who are preparing to take the test for Cisco, or friends like Huawei who are certified by IT, all need to learn. So how on earth can we learn better or master this knowledge? today, I will tell you about it.

This is my own summary, the technical division of the "routing" part of the network. You can also think of this picture as your own mind map in network technology learning, or a learning outline.
So how does this picture work? To be specific,
The routing part of a network. I divided this place into three big pieces of technology.
The first big block: static route: this includes (static route and default route configuration, as well as static floating route configuration)
The first big block: dynamic routing: this is the so-called "big four" routing protocols, (RIP OSPF EIGRP and BGP)
The third block: in this picture, I refer to this part for short "other", which means routing knowledge points in addition to static routing and dynamic routing. It contains (NAT DHCP ACL and policy routing)
Let's take a look at the knowledge points of the exchange part.

This is my own summary: "switching" this part of the specific knowledge points, switching actually refers to learning the configuration and debugging of the network switch.
I'll trade it here. It is divided into two parts according to the type.
The first part is "layer 2 switching". There is no need to introduce too much in this part, because in the actual enterprise application, the layer 2 switch is also called "fool switch" which can be used by plugging in the network cable directly. It doesn't need to be configured. The main purpose of this part is to understand the principle of the switch MAC address table.
The second part is: layer 3 switching. This is the focus of the whole switch technology learning, and it is also the most commonly used technology in the backward enterprise, which contains three large blocks.
The first block is the routing between VLAN partition and VLAN.
The second block is the STP, which mainly prevents the switch from looping.
The third block is redundancy technology: this is mainly to learn technologies such as EC link bundling and HSRPVRRP.
My own summary of this routing and switching learning guide, or learning outline. It's just for routers and switches. For example, MPLS × × or ASA firewall, which is popular at present, I put them in the part of firewall.
