Standardization can be said to be an upgraded version of programming. after trying to achieve the sweetness of programming, many enterprises begin to think about the importance of management and how to make business operation more robust by doing a good job of management.

The era of standardization prevails

Standardized management emphasizes that the construction of enterprise management system must be carried out around institutionalization, procedure and standardization, institutionalization ensures that everything has a law to follow, procedure ensures that everything has rules to follow, and standardization ensures that everything is marked. In fact, the rise and development of standardized management in Chinese enterprises has its special historical mission. With the gradual improvement of the market economic system and China's accession to the WTO in 2001, the original management system of Chinese enterprises based on the era of planned economy can no longer meet the needs of enterprise competition and development. Enterprises are in urgent need of a set of effective management system, so standardized management arises at the historic moment.

After more than 10 years of development, standardized management has become a relatively recognized method for Chinese enterprises to improve their management level. some people summarize the basic ideas of standardized management as follows:

(1) the "eighty-zero" goal of standardized management: zero mistakes in decision-making, zero product quality, zero regret for target customers, zero inventory in operation and management, zero waste in resource management, zero middle layer in organizational structure, zero complaint of business partners and zero blame of competitors.

(2) the "4-1" standard of standardized management: every post, every activity, every asset and every moment of the enterprise is under control.

(3) the "ten" requirements of standardized management: decision-making procedure, quantitative assessment, systematization of organization, clarity of rights and responsibilities, evidence of rewards and punishments, goal planning, business process, concrete measures, behavior standardization, process control.

(4) Mr. Zhou Kun, a famous standardized management expert in China, sums up the standardized management of enterprises into six systems: development strategic planning system, process design system, organization management system, department function and job description system, rules and regulations management system, management decision-making and control system.

The core idea of standardized management is to help enterprises move from "rule by man" to "rule by law" under the guidance of strategy by organically combining the company's development strategic planning with the construction of management system.

In fact, the standardized management we talked about at that time was only a pursuit of management by enterprises, and a set of perfect theoretical system had not yet been formed. different people have different understandings of standardized management, so they advocate different standardized management systems. however, some standardized management ideas that are more recognized by management enterprises basically have the following obvious characteristics:

(1) emphasize the realization of strategy: almost all enterprises begin to realize the importance of strategy to enterprises. Enterprises without strategy are like a lonely boat drifting with the current in the sea, which is in danger of sinking at any time. And the operation of any enterprise can not exist independently from the large economic environment, so the standardized management of enterprises must also be constructed around the realization of strategic efficiency.

(2) emphasize system operation: emphasize the integrity and systematicness of enterprise operation. An enterprise is like a car, and every department and post is an indispensable part of the car. If all departments and posts cannot operate systematically and cooperate efficiently, then it is impossible for this car to "run".

(3) emphasize process management: process is the game rule for enterprises to carry out any business or management activities. without process guidance, each employee will work according to his own understanding and experience. There will be difficulties in coordination between departments and positions because of different working methods and different understanding of work objectives.

(4) emphasize people-oriented: the idea of people-oriented management is being recognized by more and more enterprises, because "people" is the most important resource of enterprises, how to give full play to everyone's initiative is becoming more and more important. Many enterprises begin to let every employee participate in the company's strategy formulation, management decision-making, as well as the construction of processes and systems to ensure their understanding, recognition and support, at the same time, the construction of all management systems in enterprises also take into account the feelings of "people".

(5) emphasize that the system is sound: the primary function of standardized management is to emphasize that the management of enterprises should change from "rule by man" to "rule by law".

Emphasis on infrastructure: standardized management of enterprises is based on certain management. enterprises must improve and improve these basic management, such as organizational division of labor, employee motivation, performance management, information management, cultural atmosphere, decision-making mechanism and so on.
