1. Start-> Settings-> Control Panel-> Administrative tools-> Services

Stop all Oracle services.

2. Start-> programs-> Oracle-OraDb11g_home1- > Oracle install products-> Universal Installer

Uninstall all Oracle products, but the Universal Installer itself cannot be deleted [if the second step fails, skip to the third step, most of the second steps fail]

3. Run regedit, select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ ORACLE, and press del to delete the entry.

4. Run regedit and delete all Oracle entrances in the following three locations.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ ControlSet001\ Services\ [below] all Oracle deleted

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ ControlSet002\ Services\ [below] all Oracle deleted

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ [below] all Oracle deleted

5. Run regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ Eventlog\ Application\ [below] all Oracle deleted

Delete all Oracle entrances.

6. Start-> Settings-> Control Panel-> system-> Advanced-> Environment variables

Delete the setting of Oracle in the environment variables CLASSPATH and PATH

7. Delete all Oracle groups and icons from the desktop, the STARTUP group, and the program menu

8. Delete the installation directory (e.g. D:/Software/OracleDB)

9. [restart the computer], and then completely delete the directory where the Oracle is located.

Delete the files related to Oracle, select the default directory C:\ Oracle where Oracle is located, delete the entry directory and all subdirectories, and delete the oralce file from the Windows directory (usually C:\ WINDOWS), and so on.

11. Enter "win.ini" in the run box and enter. Delete a marked segment of [ORACLE] in the WIN.INI file

12. [if necessary], delete the DSN of all Oracle related ODBC

13. In the event Viewer, delete Oracle-related logs

Description:

If there are cases where individual DLL files cannot be deleted, ignore it, restart, and start a new installation

Select a new directory during installation, and after installation and reboot, the old directories and files can be deleted
