As the scenarios that can be combined with RPA continue to expand, and the value of RPA is still being tapped, there are still variables as to what the state of RPA will be in the next few years without a clear definition.

Will there be polarization in the RPA industry?

In the future, the RPA industry is expected to shift in two directions.

On the one hand, there will be large-scale projects with high compliance and high security requirements; on the other hand, there will be a form of low-end price and independent development and use for enterprise IT departments.

Obviously, the development costs, cycles and processes of large and small projects in the RPA industry will be different in the future. Therefore, this requires RPA manufacturers to have more coping strategies in addition to the standardized development process.
