After the Exchange 2013 hybrid deployment environment encountered a replacement certificate, the local server failed to send email to Office 2013 via TLS. Let's share the problem resolution process with you.

I. problem phenomenon

1. There are 36870 errors in the system log of the Exchange 2013Mailbox server.

2. When the send connector log is enabled, an error is reported in the log about TLS negotiation failed with error UnknownCredentia

II. Solutions

1. MMC, open the certificate manager and select "manage Private key".

2. Add Network Service to the permission and have read permission.

3. After the addition is completed, send the test email. By looking at the send connector log, it is found that the email can be sent successfully.
