Google Earth (free version)

Google Earth Enhancement

Google Earth Plus can insert GPS to plan and view your travel itinerary. If you are looking for the housing market, you can import the spreadsheet of the list into the program! Google Earth Plus also allows you to get higher-resolution photos, make your own comments, and import data from them.

Google Earth Professional Edition

With Google Earth Pro, you can view high-resolution 3D images of any location on earth, import site plans, design sketches, and even scanned blueprints. Add comments and even import geographic data spreadsheets for up to 2500 locations at a time!

Some very interesting optional components can even make zooming and touring movies, print huge high-resolution images, and import a variety of GIS, traffic or shopping data.

Google Earth enterprise solution

The Google Earth Enterprise solution consists of very professional components, key functions and solutions that provide best-in-class business applications for commercial real estate developers, construction and engineering companies, insurance companies and media to process TB-level geographic data.

Google Earth Enterprise is open source.

On March 23, 2017, Google released three separate components to the GitHub repository in the Earth Enterprise benchmark in the form of an Apache 2 license, with a total of 470000 lines of code:

However, Google does not open source its GEE client (which allows users to use earth data in 3D), Google Maps JavaScript API V3 (which allows it to be used in 2D), and Google Earth API.

The similarity between the GEE client and the Google Earth Pro client is 99%. The main difference is that when you start the GEE client, a dialog box appears asking about the URL of the Earth server to which you want to connect. In the future, whenever Google releases a new version of Google Earth Pro, it will also release a new version of the GEE client.
