Following GS's support for 25 GbE host channels, Infortrend's major storage solutions now support the 25 GbE network standard. With this support, Infortrend storage can support the bandwidth needed by very large-scale data centers and the radio and television industry. As one of the leading display products, NAB all-flash array storage connected to 25 GbE won the best display award at the Media Entertainment Exhibition in 2019, proving that this new network standard has been warmly welcomed by the media entertainment industry.

As a new trend, applications such as high-definition video, artificial intelligence and big data need higher and faster bandwidth. And 10 GbE can't cope with such network pressure. Compared to 10 GbE, 25 GbE provides 2.5 times the bandwidth, more ports, less power consumption, and lower cost per gigabit. At NAB 2019, InFortrend pushed EonStor GSa all-flash storage, each with two 25 GbE ports, showing lightning speed and efficiency in handling 8K DPX streaming, winning the award for best display.
