Remote Desktop Connection Manager, a remote connection tool

1. Right-click "my computer" and select "Properties" to open "system Properties".

2. Switch to the "remote" tab in the "system Properties" that opens and check whether there is a tick in front of the option "allow users to connect to this computer remotely"

3. If the remote desktop is connected to the XP machine, the XP machine must have a password. If not, set a password for the users of the machine.

4. If you can't connect remotely: right-click "my computer" and click "manage" to enter the "computer Management" dialog box.

5, in the pop-up "computer Management" dialog box, click to open "Services and applications", and then open "Services" to see if the Terminal Services service is started, if the service is disabled, change to "manual", and then start the service.

6. Check whether port 3389 is started and opened by netstat-na command, and check that the port is not started.
