Big competition for the number of fast food brand stores in first-tier cities

First of all, let's take a look at the distribution of snacks in Zhongsha County, Lanzhou Ramen, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, KFC and McDonald's in first-tier cities.

As can be seen from the stacking chart above, Shaxian snacks occupy the largest market in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, while Beijing has the largest number of Lanzhou ramen shops. And in four first-tier cities, Shaxian snacks and Lanzhou ramen occupy more than 70% of the market, a proper catering giant!

We can see that no matter in which city, the locations of KFC and McDonald's overlap are very high, even on Chongming Island in Shanghai, the two have shops together!

And when we call geopy to calculate the distance between the two stores through longitude and latitude, we find that the shortest distance between KFC and McDonald's in each city is 0km! So when you see a KFC restaurant, go ahead boldly and you will find another McDonald's!

While other brands, such as Shanghai's Luckin Coffee, stayed out of Chongming District, while Ramen occupied more downtown stores in Lanzhou, Guangzhou, and more Shaxian snacks in the outer area.

Shaxian snacks and Lanzhou ramen, as the fast food brands with the highest market share, are inseparable from their low prices, so what are their prices in first-tier cities? Let's take a look.

Take Beijing as an example, we can see that although it is the first and second fast food restaurant in the market, the price gap is obvious. Shaxian snacks can basically be controlled within 20 yuan, while most Lanzhou ramen shops consume 20-50 yuan per capita.
