3. Configure puppetagent, mcoagent and mco_shell on puppet server

Configure a puppet agent to execute once-- test

4. Configure nagiosagent

Execute directly on puppetmaster

Mco puppet-v runonce-I hostname

5. Allow clients to access ftp on puppet

6. Iptables allowed port 8139 61613 must be configured on the client.
