Twitter has adjusted its user interface to make it easier to add new tweets to old threads. (no, this is not the "Edit Tweet" function. When writing new tweets, you can drop down the view of past tweets and topics to the writing window. Before, you have to go back and look for clues, and then add a new tweet at the end.

According to TechCrunch, it seems that the "continuous line" feature can now be applied to iOS on Twitter by some users.

How it works is as follows: when writing a new tweet, select the old tweet to connect with the new tweet. Then, click the three-point menu in the old tweet and select the continue threading option. Now, the new tweet will be part of the original clue.

This is the latest adjustment to the Twitter threading feature launched in 2017, which allows all tweets to be written at once, rather than forcing users to reply and reply to tweets in time to connect to tweets. Last month, it updated the iOS app so that users can better see the responses of the people they follow.
