When Microsoft founded Exchange Server 2007, it made necessary reforms to Outlook Web Access (OWA) to make it more like Outlook, and even moderately added some management functions. Myself
The "Myself" area of ECP is the entrance for users to implement self-help functions. Users can also change passwords, activate Out of Office functions, and even modify inbox rules through this interface. Just like using OWA 2007, users can also manage some of the general settings of OWA.
My Organization
The "My Organization" option shows the power of ECP. Figure C illustrates how ECP enables users to manage mailboxes, groups, and even user and administrator roles through the OWA interface. It seems that there is no proper way for users to create mailboxes through ECP, but they can still view and edit multiple mailbox properties.

If you look closely, you will find that in figure C, the tree on the left contains an "Reporting" option. Click this option and the screen for performing message tracking will pop up. This is a new feature of OWA/ECP. You can see the implementation of the report and message tracking in figure D.

Another User
The Another User option is similar to the Myself option. This feature allows a user to perform some basic operations using other user accounts, just as they would with their own account through the "Myself" option.
As mentioned above, ECP makes it much easier to manage Exchange remotely. However, various administrative functions are only available to users with appropriate permissions.
