The delivery plan should not only specify the delivery date (Delivery Date), but also record the time-limited delivery requirements (Delivery Time Window) for each order.

(4) order dispatch: the order processor will transfer the order that has been allocated to the dispatcher.

(5) delivery / receipt: the courier delivers the goods to the receiving address designated by the customer. When the customer receives the goods, the customer needs to sign on the Delivery Slip, and the signed waybill should be returned to the order processor as soon as possible.

(6) confirmation of receipt: when the order processor receives the signed waybill, it will reconfirm with the customer.
