A Dell NX3200 NAS storage (Dell R720), boot cannot enter the system, stay in the raid card configuration interface can not detect the pass, press F10 F2 F12 F11 will enter the raid configuration

Fault tips:

There are offline ormissing virtual drives with preserved cache

please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present

press any key to enter the configuretion utility

Cause of failure:

The reason why the test failed is that I had a group of raid failures before, and then removed all the hard disks, replaced the new hard disks, booted the system disk to read the raid information, and detected that the failed hard disk could not be found. All of them have been stuck in this interface and cannot be skipped.

Solution:

1, according to the prompt, press any key to enter the raid configuration interface-->ctrl+N switch to crt mgmt directory,fetary default, select the place to save exit, see if you can enter the system.

Note: If not, please try the following method

2. Press any key according to the prompt to enter the raid configuration interface--> in VD mgmt interface--> select the whole column card (H710 MINI) in the first row--> press F2 to enter the operation--> find managing preserved cache --> discard the cache--> then save and restart

Through the above two ways, normal access to the system.
