Process:

(1) obtain training certificates of more than 35 hours (PDU) covering nine major knowledge areas in the US project management knowledge system

(2) submit application materials in English on the Internet

(3) one week after the material application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation letter from PMI. After confirming that you have passed the examination, you can take the PMP certification examination, and then you need to register in Chinese.

(4) after the examination of Chinese registration, the PMP certification examination arranged in China can be conducted.

(5) examination and review of application materials (PMP Certification Department randomly checks and examines application materials according to a certain proportion. Any false and incorrect information submitted to the PMI Certification Department will be punished, including suspension or revocation of examination qualifications or certificates)

(6) notice of application (if the candidate's registration materials are qualified, about 1-2 weeks before the PMP examination, PMI will send the qualified applicant's PMP certification examination qualification letter to the PMI China Representative Office, and candidates will be notified by the examination registration points in various parts of the mainland)

(7) received a confirmation letter from PMI (that is, the admission card) indicating that the examination has been allowed

(8) verify the time, place and other arrangements of the examination with the examination centre

(9) take the PMP examination.

2. PMP examination content

Most of the content of the PMP examination comes from the five process groups and ten knowledge areas in the official textbook PMBOK guide.
