However, in iOS 15.1, Apple added a switch to the Settings application to disable the automatic mechanism. IOS 15.2 beta 2 goes a step further and introduces a new switch in the camera application to enable this mode.

According to MacRumors, the latest iOS 15.2 beta adds macro mode switching to camera applications. This allows the user to manually enable or disable the feature in the camera. To get a new toggle switch with a flower icon, the user must first disable automatic macros from the settings application. Although they have ultra-wide-angle cameras, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini do not support macro mode.

IOS 15.2 beta 2 has been released to developers and public testers. It introduces several new changes, including adjustments to the items tab in the Mail application and the find my application. In addition to the new store tab in the Apple TV app, the Communication Security feature that helps protect minors from online predators, and the ability to add "old contacts" to your Apple ID.

IOS 15.2 Beta 1 brings other changes, including adjustments to notification summaries and emergency SOS. In addition, it enables the Application Privacy report feature, which exposes the data and sensors accessed by the application, as well as the frequency of access. The final stable version is expected to be released within a month or two after the end of Beta testing.
