(5) the cause of wet stroke of compressor
The reason for the wet stroke of the compressor is that the liquid level of the intercooler, low-pressure circulation reservoir, ammonia separator and other containers is too high, and the compressor inhales ammonia. A wet stroke can be considered to have occurred under one of the following circumstances:
The ① compressor emits a "when, when" sound, which is a serious wet stroke.
The exhaust temperature of ② drops sharply, which is not serious wet stroke.
③ body condensation or frost, but there is no "when, when" sound, this is not a serious wet stroke.
(6) the cause of shaft seal leakage
The main reasons for shaft seal leakage are as follows:

(7) the reason why the crankcase temperature of compressor is too high
If the crankcase temperature of the compressor exceeds 70 ℃, the crankcase temperature is too high, and the main reasons for the high temperature of the crankcase of the compressor are:

(1) evaporation temperature of the refrigeration system:
The evaporation temperature of the refrigeration in the evaporator should be lower than the air temperature, so that the heat from the computer room will be transferred to the refrigerant, and this temperature difference is determined by the combination of the investment cost of air conditioning and the energy consumption cost of refrigeration. In the air conditioning of the computer room, the temperature difference is generally 12C °to 14C °. If the temperature difference can not be well guaranteed due to a variety of adverse factors, the energy consumption will increase. Through calculation, the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator in the refrigeration system is reduced by 1C °, and the power consumption is increased by about 4% in order to produce the same cooling capacity.
(2) the opening degree of the expansion valve is incorrect:
Too large or too small opening of the expansion valve will lead to too large or too small refrigerant flow, make the working state of the expansion valve deviate from the working condition, reduce the refrigeration efficiency, and even lead to equipment damage and unnecessary waste. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the superheat of the expansion valve regularly and adjust the opening degree of the expansion valve according to the superheat. The superheat is the difference between the two readings of the evaporator outlet temperature T1 and the evaporator outlet pressure T2. The superheat of the expansion valve should be within a certain range, and if it exceeds the normal range, it needs to be adjusted.
(3) the condensation pressure of the refrigeration system:
When the heat transfer of the condenser is poor, the condensation pressure will increase and the cooling efficiency will decrease. In order to achieve the same cooling capacity, power consumption will rise. Every time the condensation pressure increases 9.8Pa (1Kgf/ square centimeter), the power consumption increases by 6% Mel 8%. Sundries and dust stick to the fins of the condenser, resulting in the lack of large flow of air through the condenser, the increase of thermal resistance, the decrease of condensation effect and the increase of condensation pressure. If the cooling system is equipped with a small condenser, the heat transfer capacity is not enough, which will lead to too high condensation pressure.
