Create a new application pool

Log in to the Web server as an administrator (administrator), and then click on the "start" → administrative tool "→" Internet Information Services IIS Manager to open the IIS 7 Manager window. Expand Web (server name) on the left side of Internet Information Services IIS Manager, then click Application Pool, in the actions panel, click add Application Pool, enter InternalWebSite in name in the add Application Pool dialog box, and then click OK to exit.

Create a new site

Expand sites in Internet Information Services IIS Manager, then click Default Web Site, right-click Default Web Site, and then click Delete. In the confirm deletion dialog box, click Yes. Next, continue to click "site" in the "Internet Information Services IIS Manager", then click "add site" in the Action menu, complete the "add site" dialog box using the following settings, and click "OK" when the input is complete.

Where "site name" is "InternalWebSite", "physical path" is "D:\ InternalSite", and "binding" is "default". In the actions panel, click "Browse *: 80 (http)" to open Internet Explorer for site resolution. If the resolution is correct, the configuration is successful, and * * close the IE browser.
