Step 3: disable listening. Command: lsnrctl stop. As for the order of closing listening and closing instances, it is recommended to disable listening first.

Step 4: close the instance with the following command. If the sql command is entered incorrectly, you can delete it using Ctrl+Backspace.

Step 5: check the status of oracle service and listening again, as shown in the figure below. There are no instances and listeners running at this time. At this point, the shutdown of oracle service is completed.
