Create a HTML mashup,port binding to select Lead Info:

On the Mashup editing page, specify type as url, enter the URL of bing search, and bind the query parameters to LeadID:

Use key user tool to navigate to the View where you want to add Mashup

Click Add Mashup to add HTML to the page:

The default HTML Mashup is in the column on the left side of the screen, drag it into the Full width area:

The Mashup after adjusting the width is shown as follows:

For the final run-time effect, a lead is opened and its Lead ID is automatically sent to bing as a parameter for search:
